- Maintain file of association documents, meeting minutes, and other relevant corporate records.
- Facilitate annual membership meeting and provide presentations for annual reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate insurance coverage to ensure all association property and facilities are adequately insured.
- Administer provisions of association documents, as well as policies, rules and regulations.
- Provide orientation presentation for association officers and directors.
- Organize, participate and provide reports for meetings of the Board of Directors.
- Provide assistance for development and implementation of community newsletters and events.
- Develop and implement procedures for application and review of architectural and modification submissions.
- Implement service inquiry and complaint resolution procedures.
- Perform property inspections to monitor condition and maintenance of association landscape, buildings, and recreational facilities.
- Maintain a list of qualified contractors and vendors and coordinate bid preparation and specification development.
- Supervise and evaluate performance of contract service providers.
- Implement operational procedures for management of recreational facilities.
