Resale Instructions
First-time users:
1. Click on the CondoCerts button near the bottom of the page.
2. In the area labeled First Time Users, select a user group from the drop-down menu and click on Continue.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to register. There is no cost to register for this service.
4. Write down your user id and password in a safe place.
5. CondoCerts will contact you to verify your information and to activate your account.
Once your account is activated:
1. Return to www.kenrickfirst.com and click on the CondoCerts button.
2. Enter your user id and password and click on the Login button.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to access the information you are seeking.
